To celebrate the recent opening of ibis Mackay Airport, the only hotel located in the airport precinct and a well-connected gateway to the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsundays regions, the hotel is offering an opening special.

For travellers stopping in Mackay for business or leisure, the Fly & Flop Package includes breakfast for two, wifi and late check-out of 4pm in queen rooms - from just $109 AUD.

Located just a stone's throw from Mackay Airport and 10 minutes' drive from Mackay, the hotel opened in June 2015. The 152 room hotel offers stunning views across Mackay sugar plantations and some rooms have ocean views.
