Nagambie Lakes Opera Festival

The inaugural Nagambie Lakes Opera Festival will take place from 9-11 October, offering two days and two nights of world-class opera, food and wine for all tastes. Set in an idyllic river setting in Victoria’s Goulburn Valley, the festival will feature headline performances from internationally renowned special guest artist, soprano Cheryl Barker, with Maestro Brian Castles-Onion (conductor, Opera Australia), Max Gillies AM and comedian-satirist Bryan Dawe. The festival is being held with local wineries – Tahbilk Winery, Michelton Wines and Fowles Wines – and will also include a formal gala dinner evening.
