Jackalope Hotel’s debut property will open in the heart of Mornington Peninsula’s wine region in April. Its 46 rooms will be decked out with furniture by Melbourne designer Zuster and the floor to ceiling windows will connect guests with the rural surrounds. A seven-metre-tall namesake Jackalope sculpted by Melbourne artist, Emily Floyd will be sit at the entrance, a prelude to the stunning artwork featured throughout the hotel.
