Jackalope Hotel

Jackalope Hotel’s debut property will open in the heart of Mornington Peninsula’s wine region in April. Its 46 rooms will be decked out with furniture by Melbourne designer Zuster and the floor to ceiling windows will connect guests with the rural surrounds. A seven-metre-tall namesake Jackalope sculpted by Melbourne artist, Emily Floyd will be sit at the entrance, a prelude to the stunning artwork featured throughout the hotel. The property will be complete with a 30-metre infinity pool overlooking the vines, a poolside pavilion for spa treatments or private dining, fine dining restaurant Doot Doot Doot, and cellar door Rare Hare, which will showcase the product of the property’s own working winery. 166 Balnarring Road, Merricks North, Victoria, 3937. Polperro Farmhouse

Stunning Polperro Winery nestled among the undulating vines, pine forest and towering gum trees of Red Hill is the location for a newly renovated Farmhouse accommodation designed in conjunction with renowned design firm Hecker Guthrie. The three-bedroom farmhouse is inspired by the 1950s era and brings the outside in with a fusion of country and beach-style aesthetic. This premium luxury accommodation provides a true rural Red Hill escape. A kitchen, an open fire place, luxury bath, extensive outdoor kitchen, extending to fire cooking facilities and a large chefs table and a fire pit are some of the features. Lindenderry at Red Hill
