‘Say Cheese’ at Prahran Market

Prahran Market will this month host the ‘Say Cheese’ Festival featuring cheesy vendors, delicious cheesy dishes, and free tastings.
Held on October 22, the Festival will see the market’s traders offering everything from take-away cheese boards to baked goat’s cheese soufflé, to cheese fondue, cheesy gelato and more. Notable cheese providores such as Tolpuddle Goat Cheese, That’s Amore Cheese, Meredith Dairy, Woombye and Prom Country Cheese will all be onsite to showcase their wares.
There will also be a Cheesy Pop-Up Precinct, which will feature pizzas, charcoal gnocchi, arancini, crepes and baked potatoes – all served up with an extra dose of cheesy goodness. There will even be raw vegan cheese on offer by Raw Trader, so the event is not just for dairy devotees.
Special offers and promotions will run all day throughout the market, as well as kid goat feeding and free face painting for the smallest cheese lovers. 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra.
