Fowles Wine’s new cellar door sits amidst acres of sprawling lawns and gardens, just 90 minutes from Melbourne. Recently, Fowles has opened new hay bale dining rooms to complement Fowles’ existing outdoor spaces and are situated beside a 50-metre-long timber Feasting Arbour with blossoming wisteria climbing all over the structure. Collingwood’s brand new ’tiny pub’ located on the main drag on Johnston Street is the perfect cross between a bar and a pub and somewhere to party into the night. Pt Leo Estate, has unveiled the latest addition to its sculpture park: a 5.5 metre KAWS statue that takes pride of place, welcoming all into the sculpture park. The creature, clutching a small blue friend (it’s BFF), is easily seen upon approach of the iconic Queensland bottle tree at the main entrance of the sculpture park. Mornington Peninsula’s Jetty Road Brewery is opening a tap room in the heart of Lorne, Friday, 4 December. With the support of Mighty Craft, Jetty Road Brewery has taken over the site of the well-known Cuda Bar. The temporary pop up will feature an outdoor beer garden with a fresh 1970’s beach vibe and seating for 150 people. A range of Jetty Road Brewery’s beers will be on tap at the new Lorne venue including the popular Pale Ale, XPA and Blueberry Sour. Sunda restaurant's home delivery service during lockdown will pivot into a pop-up over summer when it opens on December 5. Summer EXP by SUNDA _ is a semi-permanent restaurant nestled on the ground floor of The Windsor with an Italian meets Southeast Asian menu and alfresco dining on the corner of Bourke and Spring streets. Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen has pulled out all stops, drawing together the two cuisines in a spur of the moment inspiration.
