Fowles Arbour

Fowles Wine’s new cellar door sits amidst acres of sprawling lawns and gardens, just 90 minutes from Melbourne. Recently, Fowles has opened new hay bale dining rooms to complement Fowles’ existing outdoor spaces and are situated beside a 50-metre-long timber Feasting Arbour with blossoming wisteria climbing all over the structure.  Each bay of the arbour has a picnic table with white sun umbrellas and a soft green lawn for a post-brochettes lunch laydown. GUM

Collingwood’s brand new ’tiny pub’ located on the main drag on Johnston Street is the perfect cross between a bar and a pub and somewhere to party into the night. This is the first hospitality venture for owners and best mates Chris Wright and Jonathan Reisacher, both of whom are in the music industry owning a recording studio & label as well as playing in local bands. KAWS, Pt Leo Estate

Pt Leo Estate, has unveiled the latest addition to its sculpture park: a 5.5 metre KAWS statue that takes pride of place, welcoming all into the sculpture park. The creature, clutching a small blue friend (it’s BFF), is easily seen upon approach of the iconic Queensland bottle tree at the main entrance of the sculpture park. Jetty Road Brewery

Mornington Peninsula’s Jetty Road Brewery is opening a tap room in the heart of Lorne, Friday, 4 December. With the support of Mighty Craft, Jetty Road Brewery has taken over the site of the well-known Cuda Bar. The temporary pop up will feature an outdoor beer garden with a fresh 1970’s beach vibe and seating for 150 people. A range of Jetty Road Brewery’s beers will be on tap at the new Lorne venue including the popular Pale Ale, XPA and Blueberry Sour. Lancemore Crossley St

Located in the heart of Melbourne's East End Theatre District, Melbourne's newest laneway hotel - Lancemore Crossley St. - opened its doors on December 1. Mejico

Melbourne’s CBD’s newest resident, Mejico, is bringing some colour, flavour and fun back to the city with delicious market-to-table dining and Melbourne’s largest selection of tequila and mezcal. Chancery Lane

Chancery Lane, a European bistro by celebrated chef Scott Pickett (Longrain, Matilda 159 Domain, Estelle, Lupo, Pastore), is opening in Melbourne on December 16, welcoming diners within the historic Normanby Chambers building at 430 Little Collins Street. The bistro is suited for any occasion, from a glass and a bite at the bar to a private dinner party. Summer EXP by Sunda

Sunda restaurant's home delivery service during lockdown will pivot into a pop-up over summer when it opens on December 5. Summer EXP  by SUNDA _ is a semi-permanent restaurant nestled on the ground floor of The Windsor with an Italian meets Southeast Asian menu and alfresco dining on the corner of Bourke and Spring streets.  Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen has pulled out all stops, drawing together the two cuisines in a spur of the moment inspiration. Three Blue Ducks

The popular restaurant have opened their Melbourne venue at Australia’s first surf park – URBNSURF Melbourne.  Located 16 kilometers from Melbourne CBD and just minutes from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport, Three Blue Ducks’ first Melbourne venue will perfectly complement this world-class surfing destination which is pioneering a new, safe and inclusive way to surf.  Three Blue Ducks will deliver the group’s ethos of simple, real food, showcasing the best of Victoria’s farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers.
